Our Under 17 Driving Lessons are held at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome near Cranleigh, Surrey. Dunsfold Park is situated within the picturesque setting of the Surrey Hills.

Each lesson is tailored to the individual, with the focus on learning in a fun manner and environment. Dunsfold Park boasts of 3 miles of private road networks, which includes bays for parking, roundabouts, corners and many suitable places for other manoeuvres.
Lessons will include an introduction to the controls of the car, moving off and stopping, gear changes, low speed clutch control, junctions. Subsequent Lessons may also include emergency stops, bay parking, turn in the road and other suitable manoeuvres.
Each student learns at their own pace and with STORM's Under 17 Driving Lessons, they can learn in an way which is not pressured and suited to them specifically. Each Private Lesson can be finished with a detailed record of what has been covered in preperation for your on-road lessons.
Group Lessons are a great way to introduce driving to a group of friends or siblings. Each student will have a go behind the wheel in 10 minute intervals, ensuring that everybody will have the opportunity to learn the skills demonstrated.
All of our Lessons are conducted by fully qualifed, DSA Approved Driving Instructors and all Lessons will follow the Official DSA Syllabus for Learning to Drive.
All of our courses are £50 per hour. Minimum booking is 2 hours.
Our Under 17 Driving Lessons are available for anyone over 14. It can be a good introduction for especially nervous drivers who are over 17 and want to gain experience in a less pressured environment.
No. For Insurance and Safety purposes, all lessons are taken in the Instructor's Dual Controlled Cars.
STORM's Under 17 Driving Lessons are available, by appointment, 7 days a week.
Cheques should be made payable to the Instructor (not the school) and accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. Payment is due no later than 7 days before the Lesson date.
There are toilet facilities on site, and on weekdays only, a Diner is available situated near the Estate Office.
No Provisional License is needed to take one of our Under 17 Driving Lessons.
Our fleet of cars include a Ford Focus, Citroen C3, Peugeot 207, Citroen C4, Skoda Fabia RS and BMW Mini. Whichever car you drive on the day, it will be less than 3 years old, air conditioned and fitted with dual controls.
